About Turkey Tail
Turkey Tail is named for the fan of coloured bands that looks like a wild turkey's tail. It grows in layers on fallen logs around the world. In traditional Chinese herbal practice it is called yun zhi, the cloud mushroom.
Our Turkey Tail capsules are made from the whole mushroom, including its mycelium and grain, ground into a pure powder. The fibre and polysaccharides stay in, exactly as they grow.

It is the whole mushroom, not an extract. We keep the mycelium and grain in, which makes it more balanced, prebiotic-rich and naturally rich in beta-glucans.
