Questions
What is the difference between a whole mushroom and an extract?
A whole mushroom capsule contains the mushroom itself, including the mycelium and grain, ground into a pure powder. An extract isolates certain compounds. We use the whole mushroom because it is more balanced, rich in prebiotic fibre and naturally contains beta-glucans, polysaccharides and vitamins B and D.
Are Microhealth capsules vegan?
Yes. We only use vegan vegicaps.
Where do your mushrooms come from?
Our mushrooms are 100% organic and locally sourced. We work with one grower who grows, harvests, dries and packs every batch, which keeps quality consistent.
How much is in each bottle?
Every capsule contains 700mg of pure mushroom powder and each bottle holds 60 capsules. Lion's Mane is R320, Reishi R330, Cordyceps R320 and Turkey Tail R360.
Do you deliver outside Cape Town?
Yes. We are based in Cape Town and deliver nationwide by courier.
